Get involved with Pink Poster Club!

We have several different ways you can join us these next several weeks! Every vote counts, and we want to help make sure we win big.

Relational Organizing

Your influence is strongest towards people you know! It’s important and helpful to text acquaintances, family, and friends ahead of an important election. Have people you know in Wisconsin, Michigan, Texas, and/or Ohio? Fill out our google form below and we will remind you to text them ahead of the election and give you a script to help you figure out what to say!

All the Deets

Sign up via our forms so we can send scripts and reminders directly to you!

Postcard Writing

We’re trying to send out as many postcards as we can to swing states, using the organization Progressive Turnout Project 2026. We’ll be ordering postcards on Monday 09/21, Monday 09/28, and Monday 10/05! If you want postcards to complete at home, just let us know through our google form below and we will have them ready later that week for pickup.

We will also be writing postcards at our October monthly happy hour! Make sure you come join us on October 15  and make sure to follow us on instagram and sign up for our email blasts for any popup events we might do!

CANVASSING!!!! THIS IS WHERE THE MONEY IS MADE!

Canvassing is one of the most helpful and productive ways to get involved this GOTV season.

Canvassing is when you go door to door in a neighborhood to talk with residents about a specific issue or action. You can educate people about an issue affecting your community, you could get people to register to vote, you could discuss your support for a specific candidate and why, etc.

Canvassing is not just about persuading people to get involved—it’s about listening, learning, and building relationships.

Through connecting with others in person, you are raising awareness about an issue while identifying supporters and potential future volunteers. Your goal is to persuade undecided people and encourage civic participation, but you may find that you’re growing your base of supporters at the same time.

Phonebanking

Phone banking is so important!! It cleans lists for campaigns, increases voter turnout at scale, gets important information to different voters, and builds momentum. Read more about it!

We’re partnering with Operation Swing State. Operation Swing State is a volunteer-led grassroots coalition of Illinois Democratic parties, labor unions, progressive advocacy groups, and volunteers working together to make the difference in swing districts in Wisconsin, Michigan, Iowa, Indiana, and Illinois. With great proximity comes great responsibility.

The kitchen sink!

Consider other ways to help win elections. Every bit counts!!

  1. Place out yard signs for your favorite candidates (local or not!), or yard signs for the Democratic Party. Consider pairing with an American flag ;)

  2. Post on your social media accounts! Many people get information from their social media feeds, and we can flood the zone. Repost helpful information about voting and volunteer opportunities, share funny memes and candidate photos to your stories, post about upcoming events!

  3. Follow @pink.posterclub on Instagram and sign up for our email blasts to stay informed about upcoming events!

  4. Put magnets and bumper stickers on your car!

  5. Wear your favorite GOTV tshirt, candidate hat, political socks etc to school drop off and pick up.

  6. Host your own postcard writing event! This is such a great way to build community, get to know your neighbors, and strengthen relationships with acquaintances. Just email us with the subject line HOST MY OWN POSTCARD PARTY and we will guide you!

  7. What about stickers on your water bottle? Or buttons on your daily backpack and purse?

  8. Help us flyer! We hope to flyer several times throughout this election season. Join our signal chat to keep informed of upcoming flyer opportunities.

  9. Talk to your neighbors and family. This is SO IMPORTANT. The more you can mention and talk about the importance of voting, the importance of this election, and how to get involved, the better.

  10. BE LOUD!!!
